**Who we are**

nexapep.com is operated by NexaPep Wellness and Beauty Center, a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry under Business Name No. 8271713.

**What we sell**

NexaPep supplies peptides and related compounds as laboratory reference materials. These products are not registered with the Philippine Food and Drug Administration. They are not medicines, not food supplements, not cosmetics, and are not supplied for human or veterinary use.

We make no claim that any product sold here treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any disease or condition, or that it produces any effect in a person. Where a compound is described as investigational, that means its safety and effectiveness in humans have not been established by any regulatory authority anywhere.

**No medical advice**

Nothing on this website is medical advice. We do not provide dosing, preparation or administration guidance for any product, and none should be inferred from product names, quantities, images or packaging. Any question about your health, weight or medical treatment should be directed to a licensed physician.

**Ordering**

- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Orders are accepted on the basis that products are not for human or veterinary use.
- Prices are in Philippine pesos and may change without notice.
- We may cancel and refund any order, for example where an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

**Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
