Shipping policy

**Where we ship**

NexaPep ships within the Philippines only. We do not ship internationally and cannot accept orders for delivery outside the Philippines.

**Couriers and timelines**

- Metro Manila and nearby areas — delivered by Lalamove, same day for orders placed and confirmed during our operating hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily).
- Outside Metro Manila — shipped via LBC. Transit time is set by the courier and varies by destination.

**How products are packed**

Products are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Sealed, the powder is stable at room temperature, so shipments are not sent with ice packs or cold-chain packaging. Refrigeration is only needed once a vial has been reconstituted. Keep vials sealed and out of direct light until then.

**Delays and lost parcels**

Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery timing is outside our control. If a shipment is delayed or does not arrive, contact us and we will help trace it. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are covered by our Refund Policy.
