**What we collect**

- Your name, delivery address, email address and mobile number
- Your order history. We do not see or store full card numbers — payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger
- Basic site usage data collected by Shopify, including cookies

**Why we use it**

To process and deliver your order, to reply to you, to handle replacements, and to keep the records required of a registered business. We do not sell your personal data.

**Who we share it with**

- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders
- The payment providers used at checkout
- Our couriers, Lalamove and LBC, who need your name, address and contact number in order to deliver

**How long we keep it**

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and replacement purposes, and are deleted after that.

**Your rights**

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we process it. Email hello@nexapep.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
